I'm the property manager for DLG Management and Development and have been doing business with the Apartment and Condo Center since it opened. I have had nothing but positive experiences from this company. The owner as well as the agents, goes above and beyond to help fill my vacancies. This month alone, they have rented 3 apartments for me - and it's only February 10th. I have dealt with both the agents as well as the owner and have had great experiences all the way around. They have a special talent of matching perspective tenants to the correct apartment. They are always friendly both on the phone as well as in person. I have other agencies as well that work with my rental properties and am seriously considering just dealing with Apartment and Condo Center because of the quality of work they offer.
