We know the rental market.  If you own a building, there's a good chance we have already done business in it.  If you are a condo owner, we have probably dealt with your condo board before and are familiar with their procedures.

How does your leasing service work for me?  Upon listing your apartment or condo with us, you put us in charge of the legwork. We advertise your property, field the phone calls and do the showings. Once we have a prospective tenant, we do all the screening- landlord references, credit checks and employment verification. At that point, we give you the paperwork and the option to approve or deny the application.

When listing your condo, we will get in touch with your condo board and make you aware of any paperwork you will need to complete for them. We will procure copies of their specific application and paperwork and make sure it is filled out correctly by the prospective tenant. Oftentimes, we have already done business with that specific building and know their procedures and paperwork.

We make listing your property easy. We keep in contact with you, give you feedback that we receive from customers and do all the verifications for you. We make no decisions about who is approved or denied, but give you the tools so you can make an educated decision.
