What is The Apartment and Condo Center?  

We are a FREE RENTAL SERVICE and Sales Office specializing in apartment and condominium living.   Our broker started the rental office here in 1989.  We have placed the equivalent of  a small town in their new apartment or condo.  During this time we have come to know nearly every property in our area.

Our licensed staff is fun, low key and relaxed, and we strive to make your hunt for a new home as enjoyable as possible.  Call or come see us, tell us what you're looking for we'll go through our vast inventory and then drive you to see various apartments that meet your specifications.  We won't waste your time showing you places that are more than you want to spend or of inferior quality. We list only the best properties and then search through them for those that meet your specific needs.  Then you have the best of the best for you to choose from.
